About the role
We are looking to strengthen the sales team in Berlin immediately in a permanent full-time position. In this role, you will help grow the Berlin location, win strategically important new customers, and further develop long-term relationships with selected key accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Play an important part in building the Berlin office by contributing your experience and commercial expertise.
- Identify, approach, and convince strategically relevant new clients to work with us.
- Assess client needs and translate them into suitable project requirements.
- Take ownership of selected key accounts and deepen these business relationships over time.
- Work closely with recruiting managers to coordinate the right IT specialists for project staffing.
- Support the full selection process and handle negotiations as well as contract preparation with clients and specialists.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration, humanities, or a comparable field.
- Relevant professional experience in sales within staffing or personnel services, ideally in IT contracting.
- Enjoyment of negotiations and sales conversations.
- Strong communication skills together with a results-driven and performance-oriented working style.
