Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a partner organization, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Senior Integrations & Onboarding Specialist in the United States.
The position centers on guiding newly acquired practices through a smooth integration into a larger enterprise operating model. You will work as a central connector among internal teams and outside stakeholders, helping ensure the transition supports strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs. The job combines project coordination, change leadership, and practical operational advising as practices adopt new systems, workflows, and standards. Success in this role depends on your ability to organize cross-functional input, shape detailed transition plans, and keep multiple workstreams moving, including training, system setup, and go-live preparation. Clear communication, stakeholder coordination, and steady execution in complex, multi-location rollouts are essential. This is a highly collaborative, field-oriented position for someone who performs well in fast-moving transformation settings.
Key accountabilities
- Oversee and contribute to the full onboarding and integration journey for newly acquired practices, keeping work aligned with operational expectations, business objectives, and performance targets.
- Act as the main point of contact between acquired practices and internal enterprise teams during the entire integration process.
- Collect, organize, and record due diligence findings, transition requirements, and operational needs from a range of stakeholders.
- Create and update organized onboarding and integration plans that clearly define milestones, deadlines, and ownership.
- Bring together cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, remove obstacles, and sustain momentum across several parallel workstreams.
- Use program and project management methods to monitor delivery, surface risks early, and close blockers in a timely manner.
- Assist with core onboarding tasks such as training, system setup, equipment installation, and go-live coordination.
- Review practice feedback and operational data to spot improvement areas and strengthen service outcomes.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges and escalate when needed to keep issues moving toward resolution.
- Produce documentation, tools, and repeatable processes that help scale onboarding execution consistently.
- Serve as a guide and knowledge resource for other teammates involved in integrations and field operations.
Candidate profile
The right candidate will have a background in operations or consulting, strong project leadership skills, and a track record of handling complex, multi-stakeholder implementations in healthcare or a comparable environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience in medical or physician practice operations, consulting, or implementation-focused roles.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, ideally in healthcare, practice management, or service-delivery settings.
- Strong leadership approach with the ability to influence without formal authority and drive accountability across groups.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust from varied stakeholders.
- Well-developed organization and problem-solving abilities, including managing several initiatives at once.
- Exposure to training, onboarding, or change management in operational environments is a strong advantage.
- Comfort using business tools such as presentation software, documentation platforms, and training systems.
- Ability to present clearly and professionally in both virtual and in-person environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel as much as 75% of the time.
- Capability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range of $94,500 to $161,700.
- Chance to lead meaningful integration and onboarding work across multiple practices.
- Exposure to enterprise transformation and operational scaling initiatives.
- Close collaboration with clinical, operational, and technical partners.
- A dynamic field-based role with strong ownership and autonomy.
- Career development through leadership, training, and change-management responsibilities.
- Competitive benefits package that includes healthcare and additional compensation components such as bonuses or commissions.
Application and data handling
Applications are reviewed through a partner-managed process. A matching system is used to identify candidates who best fit the core requirements, and the resulting shortlist is shared with the hiring company. Final decisions, interviews, and assessments are handled by the employer’s internal team.
