You will help turn complex subject matter into structured, practical learning journeys that work across blended and self-paced formats. The role sits in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment where creativity, storytelling, learner engagement, and experimentation are strongly valued.

In addition to conventional learning design, the role involves contributing to next-generation education experiences by using generative AI and interactive technologies to improve how people learn, practice, and retain knowledge at scale.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to build blended learning programs that support business and organizational goals.
  • Use adult learning theory and proven instructional design methods to create learner-focused, effective training experiences.
  • Develop multiple learning formats, such as eLearning, self-paced courses, virtual training, and workplace learning activities.
  • Maintain consistency, accessibility, and high instructional standards across all learning assets and delivery channels.
  • Apply generative AI tools, including custom GPT-based solutions, to strengthen learning design and delivery.
  • Own instructional design projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder updates.
  • Refine learning solutions based on feedback, performance data, and new learning technologies.

Requirements

  • Background in instructional design, learning experience design, or a corporate learning and development setting.
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and evidence-based design approaches.
  • Hands-on experience creating blended learning solutions across formats such as eLearning, virtual sessions, and self-paced modules.
  • Practical familiarity with generative AI tools and how they can be used in learning design.
  • Understanding of large language models, including GPT-style systems, along with their strengths and limitations.
  • Ability to prototype or configure AI-supported learning solutions such as custom GPTs or comparable tools.
  • Good project management capability with the ability to juggle several workstreams at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Careful attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on clarity, quality, and learner engagement.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm for innovation in education and learning technology.

Benefits

  • Compensation aligned with relevant experience and market standards.
  • Chance to work on innovative learning solutions enhanced by AI.
  • Flexible remote-first working setup.
  • Opportunity to grow within a rapidly evolving learning and development field.
  • Access to current e-learning tools and new instructional technologies.
  • Exposure to international projects and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities.
  • Supportive team culture that values creativity and innovation.
