Overview
The Senior Human Resources Specialist focusing on Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll is tasked with overseeing various HR functions related to compensation frameworks, employee benefits schemes, payroll accuracy, and strategic HR analytics. This role ensures operational excellence and compliance by implementing effective payroll systems and compensation policies aligned to labor laws and organizational standards. The specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to guide workforce decisions based on data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle payroll processing with strict attention to confidentiality and punctual execution.
- Manage employee compensation and benefits, including salary adjustments, incentives, allowances, and benefits administration.
- Perform job evaluations, salary benchmarking, grading, and market research to maintain competitive compensation strategies.
- Assist in the yearly salary revision, budget formulation, and manpower cost planning activities.
- Develop and present HR metrics, KPIs, reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to management.
- Review HR and payroll data to spot trends and suggest process enhancements and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate compensation and payroll records using SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems.
- Ensure strict observance of labor law guidelines, payroll compliance, and internal HR procedures.
- Drive continuous process improvement efforts aimed at elevating HR functions and reporting quality.
- Work jointly with Finance teams and business leaders on payroll, budgeting, and compensation-related subjects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or relevant disciplines.
- Bring at least 10 years of comprehensive experience in compensation and benefits management, payroll administration, and HR operational support.
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll processing, salary management, benefits administration, and compliance with HR policies.
- Proven ability in designing compensation structures, conducting salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and competitive market analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and payroll regulations compliance.
- Experience creating detailed HR reports, workforce analytics, KPIs, and delivering insightful presentations to leadership.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HR systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel focused on HR data analysis and reporting.
- Strong capability in budgeting, manpower cost analysis, and salary planning processes.
- Skilled in analyzing complex datasets and crafting dynamic HR dashboards and reports.
