Overview
Our client, a German leader in machinery development and manufacturing with global operations, seeks a Strategic Senior HR Business Partner based in the Münster area. This role is pivotal in advancing the company's HR functions at both national and international levels by partnering closely with leadership and driving HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive strategic advice and support to senior management on HR topics, organizational design, and employment legislation.
- Contribute actively to organizational development, cultural evolution, and leadership programs.
- Engage as a trusted advisor on leadership, performance management, workforce planning, collaboration, and change initiatives.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and the works council.
- Support site growth, change management, and restructuring activities.
- Enhance, implement, and sustain HR structures, policies, and processes focusing on standardization and digitalization.
- Lead strategic HR projects such as process improvement, system upgrades, staff development, and employer branding efforts.
- Participate in succession planning, talent management, and competency frameworks.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs including incentive schemes like MBOs and commissions.
- Strategically oversee recruitment from end to end, including modern sourcing techniques and employer branding to attract talent.
- Ensure a positive onboarding experience and maintain vocational training programs, including marketing and partnerships.
- Develop and refine HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to inform management decisions.
- Contribute to personnel cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Head Office HR and Controlling teams to align HR standards and budgeting practices.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or equivalent qualification in human resources, business administration, business psychology, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in senior HR roles with a strong emphasis on business partnership.
- Demonstrated ability advising executives and senior management effectively.
- Thorough knowledge of employment law and works council regulations.
- Experience working in medium-sized, manufacturing, or internationally oriented companies is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and practical execution abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including integrity, assertiveness, and empathy.
- Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
