Role overview
This is a group-level HR leadership position with a fast-growing consumer business in Singapore. The organisation operates two active business units: one mature and steady, and another that is expanding rapidly. The selected candidate will shape and run HR strategy across both entities, with a mandate to build scalable people processes for the next stage of growth and possible future expansion into other regions.
Compensation
The monthly budget for this role is SGD 8,000 to SGD 14,000+.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR roadmap and manpower planning across both business units.
- Improve HR operations and workflows, including the use of AI-based tools to make internal processes more efficient.
- Maintain compliance with Singapore employment requirements, including the Employment Act, CPF, work pass and quota management, PDPA, and workplace fairness rules.
- Design and strengthen HR systems and infrastructure so the group can support its next phase of growth and potential regional expansion.
Candidate profile
- You should have a strong track record of leading HR in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- You need to be comfortable taking initiative, owning outcomes, and driving change even when there is limited precedent.
- A solid understanding of Singapore employment law and compliance is important; candidates without direct local experience may still be considered if they learn quickly.
- Experience in consumer, technology, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
