With a growing presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia, the company is expanding its workforce and office facilities, necessitating an expert to oversee procurement operations that ensure smooth daily business functioning.

Position Summary

We seek a General Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing efforts related to office fit-out, equipment procurement, IT hardware, and software acquisitions. This role supports internal operations as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities for office renovations, fit-out projects, equipment acquisitions, and general operational supplies.
• Handle sourcing and manage procurement pipelines for IT equipment and software that serve internal teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with a diverse set of vendors focusing on non-technical supply categories.
• Facilitate cost management and evaluate suppliers across all corporate procurement areas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in both Singapore and China to back the company's geographical growth.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in general or corporate procurement, preferably involving office setup, IT hardware, and software procurement.
• Proficient in vendor sourcing and negotiating contracts, especially with vendors from non-technical sectors.
• Capable of working autonomously across various procurement categories without requiring deep specialization in each.
• Ready and able to undertake frequent business trips to China as required.
