- Coach leaders using diagnostic insights to recommend and apply organizational effectiveness solutions.
- Oversee succession planning by spotting potential successors, assessing readiness, and coordinating with HR and Talent teams to close developmental gaps.
- Align talent strategies with present and future business demands, working with leaders to expand talent pools via coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
- Design and execute talent programs aligned with organizational growth and goals based on business and people needs analysis.
- Identify change needs and lead structural and process transformations fostering adoption of new initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams and business units to align priorities, build advocacy and support talent and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline and at least 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnership or equivalent HR functions.
- Demonstrated domain expertise in talent management, leadership enhancement, and organizational design.
- Experience within tech, product, or service sectors, adept at navigating dynamic, matrixed environments.
- Highly desirable: 10+ years of HRBP experience delivering impactful strategies to support business growth.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to collaborate across functions and time zones.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, translate business priorities into effective people strategies, and operate confidently in ambiguous situations with sound judgment and agility.
