This is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidates must be based in Canada.

You will partner with business leaders up to the VP level, help shape and deliver HR strategies, and work with subject-matter experts to create people solutions that support business goals. The position also involves improving engagement, supporting leadership development, handling complex employee relations matters, and using data and surveys to identify opportunities for better employee experiences.
Compensation and benefits
The Ontario base salary range for this position is CAD 100,000 to CAD 118,750. Final pay will depend on the candidate’s location, experience, skills, education, certifications, and broader business considerations. In addition to base salary, the role may include bonus eligibility, commissions, equity awards, and a benefits package.
Additional compensation details

Perks and workplace support
Eligible team members may receive retirement savings support, paid time off including birthdays off, mental health coverage, day-one health benefits, home office reimbursement, optional WeWork access in select cities, training and onboarding support, funding for professional development, access to internal certification learning, parental leave support, a collaborative culture, and team social events. Benefits can vary depending on country and employment arrangement.

Candidates can share pronouns if they wish, and the company invites applicants to request interview accommodations if needed. The company also notes that AI is used to help review resumes and assess fit against the posted criteria, but final hiring and interview decisions are made by people.
Company recognition
The employer highlights recognition for workplace culture, customer service, and innovation, including awards and rankings from industry and workplace organizations.
