As Director of Client Services for the APAC region, you will spearhead strategic growth and directly oversee a high-performance client services team. Based in Singapore, reporting to the SVP of Global Client Services, you will collaborate with regional and global leaders to ensure excellent client outcomes, retention, commercial expansion, and operational excellence throughout diverse APAC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team leaders, providing targeted training, support, and resources to foster enduring careers and outstanding client results.
- Develop and execute strategies for client retention and account growth to ensure clear value delivery and increased ad spend.
- Collaborate closely with regional Sales teams on account planning and renewals, securing new business and validating platform relevance.
- Engage directly with client executives and represent StackAdapt at industry events to build trust and address regional service challenges.
- Streamline regional workflows and establish measurable performance indicators to enhance team productivity and minimize burnout.
- Coordinate with Legal and Revenue Operations teams to comply with regional data privacy requirements and maintain secure operations.
- Partner with global Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to incorporate regional feedback into the product pipeline, ensuring features meet local market needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of experience in client services, customer success, or account management within programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles managing multicultural teams across APAC markets including Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs, campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, and client service frameworks.
- Proficient with DSP platforms or demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire platform expertise.
- Proven track record managing client services teams during business growth or organizational changes.
- Well-established executive client relationship management and commercial negotiation skills, working alongside Sales to secure account renewals and expansions.
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, resource allocation, and sustaining business profitability.
- Experience developing service delivery models that efficiently support client growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder management across multiple departments including Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics.
- Analytical mindset to interpret operational data and make effective business decisions.
- Experience leveraging automation, AI, and technology to enhance workflow efficiency and team productivity.
- Passion for developing managerial talent and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Understanding of APAC regional regulatory and data privacy frameworks.
