Overview
This role presents a strategic HR partnership opportunity within a growing technology firm. The Senior HR Business Partner, based in the United States, will collaborate with leadership to sync HR initiatives with company goals, fostering a culture of high performance and inclusion. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on management across all stages of the employee journey, emphasizing business acumen, relationship management, and support for dynamic tech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Go-To-Market leadership teams across the Americas to deliver strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, relations, performance, engagement, development, and retention efforts.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to executives, managers, and employees on organizational and personnel matters.
- Lead talent strategy initiatives including succession and workforce planning as well as organizational design.
- Analyze HR data and workforce trends to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable insights.
- Drive culture enhancement programs promoting engagement, inclusivity, and teamwork.
- Partner on headcount planning, compensation strategies, and people-related operational choices.
- Contribute to the expansion and refinement of HR policies and processes within an international company.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years in HR, preferably in SaaS, technology, or rapidly scaling sectors with experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise supporting Go-To-Market functions such as Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Strong capacity to align HR strategies with business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills across various organizational levels.
- Experience coaching leadership, managing change, and boosting employee engagement and performance.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Proficient with HRIS and productivity tools like Google Workspace.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of sound judgment in complex situations.
- Experience collaborating with global HR teams, and familiarity with AI tools or cybersecurity domains is advantageous.
