- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, Compliance, and executive teams to deliver prompt contracting solutions.
- Offer expert advice on contract terms, risk sharing, negotiation tactics, and process enhancements.
- Assist in refining contract templates, standard clauses, fallback positions, and negotiation structures.

- Minimum of 7 years progressive experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
- Proven capability to handle contract negotiations independently with various stakeholders including customers, vendors, and business partners.
- Strong skills in interpreting, drafting, and negotiating sophisticated legal and commercial agreements.
- In-depth understanding of contract law principles, risk allocation, and commercial negotiation techniques.
- Experienced in detecting legal, operational, financial, and compliance risks within contracts and offering pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at crafting refined contract language and liaising effectively with business units.
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Word, including redlining, Track Changes, document comparison, formatting, and managing intricate documents.
