Position Overview

The organization is seeking a visionary Senior Growth Leader dedicated to driving expansion initiatives. This role demands a combination of consultative sales skills, deep technical knowledge in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), alongside a solid history in business development. The successful candidate will act as a thought leader influencing the marketplace, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and positioning Factspan as an indispensable partner in clients' digital transformation effort.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand existing client accounts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities through consultative selling and cross/up-selling approaches.
  • Attain revenue growth objectives by broadening the company's footprint and increasing wallet share within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert presenting insights, frameworks, and forward-thinking perspectives in Data and AI technologies.
  • Develop new buying centers by cultivating relationships with senior executives and high-level decision-makers across client organizations.
  • Engage consultatively with clients to diagnose business challenges and align Data & AI solutions with their strategic goals.
  • Apply technical expertise in Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Advanced Analytics to create persuasive value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and marketing units to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Between 15 to 20 years of experience in sales and business development within Data and AI services.
  • Proven success in driving business development and growing accounts, ideally in consulting or services environments.
  • Strong track record opening new buying centers and establishing trusted relationships at the C-level.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Educational credentials including an engineering degree and/or a Master’s from a reputed institution.
  • Proven ability to operate as a thought leader influencing internal teams and clients alike.
