Role Overview

This role is crucial for upholding aviation safety and operational excellence by overseeing audits and inspections within flight and cabin departments. You will ensure all operations adhere to GACA regulations, IOSA standards, as well as internal policies and industry best practices. Key activities involve identifying risks, validating corrective actions, and enhancing the airline's quality management framework to foster continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct internal audits related to flight and cabin operations.
• Compile comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and verify implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to reinforce compliance culture and prepare for external audits.
• Enhance audit methodologies and tools to improve effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds an academic degree and has at least three years of experience in commercial airline operations, combined with at least one year’s involvement in internal audits or compliance functions. An IOSA Accredited Auditor certification is required. Candidates with additional expertise in flight operations, safety, or quality assurance are highly encouraged to apply.
