The company aims to establish Saudi Arabia as a premier aviation and trade center globally, operating as a digitally native carrier connecting the kingdom to over 100 international destinations.
Role Overview
We are searching for a meticulous finance expert experienced in managing billing, collections, and cash application tasks. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be instrumental in managing the entire Order-to-Cash cycle by ensuring precise, comprehensive, and timely execution of billing, accounts receivable, credit control, and collection processes.
Your duties will involve verifying customer orders, producing invoices, processing necessary adjustments, and ensuring consistency between order information, contractual agreements, and financial documentation. You will apply customer payments, track aging balances, support debt collection efforts, and address discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
This position requires close cooperation with teams in sales, order management, operations, and finance to uphold process continuity and safeguard revenue accuracy. Additionally, you will support month-end closing activities, keep thorough documentation, comply with financial controls and policies, and contribute to the enhancement of Order-to-Cash and accounts receivable procedures. Your role is vital in maintaining cash flow stability, minimizing risks, and ensuring high standards of financial precision.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a relevant degree and possess no less than four years of professional experience in areas such as accounts receivable, credit monitoring, billing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, or order management. A solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and practical experience supporting accounts receivable operations within a structured finance environment is required.
Proficiency with ERP financial systems and advanced skills in Excel and MS Office tools are essential. Experience with credit control, risk evaluation, customer account reconciliation, and supporting audit or control functions will be advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Clear communication and the capability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders are also critical.
Additional Information
This role presents an outstanding opportunity to contribute significantly to Riyadh Air's financial efficiency and operational success while shaping the future of air travel.
