About the Role
MR Global Trade & Tech Innovation GmbH (part of MR Global Group) is inviting applications for a Senior Finance & Investment Manager based in Frankfurt, Germany. This is a pivotal leadership role dedicated to overseeing the company's financial strategy, planning, and operations with a focus on international growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the Finance & Investment Department and manage daily financial processes.
- Design and execute comprehensive financial strategies supporting company goals and expansions abroad.
- Formulate annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and performance reports.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, analyze risks, and assess returns on investments.
- Track financial outcomes and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Supervise accounting, reporting, tax adherence, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Administer corporate treasury tasks, relationship management with banks, and optimize working capital.
- Develop financial models, evaluate business feasibilities, and prepare valuation and investment proposal documents.
- Collaborate closely with investors, auditors, government bodies, financial institutions, and partners.
- Ensure strict compliance with German monetary laws, international accounting standards (IFRS), and internal policies.
- Lead and guide finance team members to foster operational efficiency and continuous process enhancement.
- Contribute to mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic investments as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Advanced qualifications such as MBA (Finance), CFA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalently recognized certifications are highly favorable.
- Between 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, investment management, corporate finance, or financial leadership roles.
- Proficient knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Experience in international finance, banking operations, taxation, and corporate governance principles preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, strategic mindset, and sound decision-making aptitude.
- Leadership excellence combined with outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Understanding of IFRS and financial compliance including international accounting guidelines.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects with strict adherence to deadlines and business goals.
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory; German language knowledge is a plus but not compulsory.
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany is required as remote work is not an option.
