Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Finance and Administration Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This role involves a mix of accounting tasks, general administrative duties, and front-counter responsibilities on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting activities including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, and data entry
- Handle various general administrative tasks ensuring smooth office operations
- Participate in rotational counter duties such as collecting payments and addressing inquiries from residents
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, perform end-of-day closings, and prepare payment vouchers along with reminder notifications
Candidate Profile
- Education qualifications such as GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels, NITEC/HNITEC, Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies (Administration), or related fields
- Exhibit a positive and proactive approach to work with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
- A minimum of two years relevant experience in accounting
- Preference given to candidates fluent in both English and Mandarin to manage communications with Mandarin-speaking residents
- Ideal background in finance areas such as General/Cost Accounting or Customer Service within a Non-Executive capacity
Additional Information
The position follows a work schedule of five days per week, including a half-day Saturday every three weeks.
