Project Executive (Resident Technical Officer)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site assessments to ensure the actual conditions align with the project's scope of work.
• Support the formulation of tender documents, including specifications and tender forms.
• Manage daily supervision activities for diverse projects like Repairs & Redecoration, Reroofing, and Additions and Alterations.
• Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to clients.
• Evaluate and approve progress payments to contractors based on tangible work completed on-site.
• Calculate variations by measuring quantities and conducting site evaluations.
• Compile and finalize project accounts upon their conclusion.
• Track and monitor contractors' progress and overall performance on the project.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, NCCS, or other relevant areas.
• Have at least 2 years of practical experience in construction or site supervision, ideally within building or civil engineering projects.
• Holding a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certification or comparable site supervision credentials is advantageous.
• Experienced in conducting site inspections, maintaining quality control, and ensuring execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in coordinating with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders involved in site operations.
