Overview
Pharmazone Medical Equipments LLC is hiring a Senior Finance Account Officer for an immediate start in Dubai. The position offers a salary of up to AED 10,000 per month, with the final figure depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
This role is focused on keeping the company’s finances well-managed, compliant, and accurately reported. The selected person will handle core accounting work, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to financial decisions at a strategic level.
Key responsibilities
- Manage everyday finance activities such as bookkeeping, invoicing, receivable follow-up, cash flow monitoring, and financial reporting.
- Track cash movement on a daily basis and keep liquidity under control.
- Handle internal and external audit-related matters and ensure adherence to VAT, corporate tax, e-invoicing, and other applicable local regulations.
- Make sure tax returns, VAT filings, and required statutory submissions are completed on time.
- Liaise with banks and external clients as needed.
- Prepare weekly MIS reports, month-end closing entries, and quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Review company spending and support cost-control initiatives.
- Study financial data and turn it into practical insights for business decisions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger operations.
- Design and maintain internal controls that protect company assets.
- Guide, supervise, and develop the finance team to maintain strong performance.
- Assist senior leadership with financial planning and risk-related decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical, planning, and leadership capabilities.
Preferred background
- Experience in the service, healthcare, or education sector is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with stakeholder management ability.
- Comfortable performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
