Role overview

This position sits within the department’s administrative support function and works with both internal teams and external partners. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering medical education activities across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, helping shape the development of future healthcare professionals.

Key duties

You will help organise medical workshops and events, support the creation and refinement of education programmes, and handle logistics with on-site assistance. The role also involves contributing to the competency development of cardiovascular healthcare professionals while building a broad set of professional skills.

Requirements

• Holds a degree, ideally in education, project management, or a healthcare-related discipline.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
• Careful, collaborative, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Able to manage several priorities in a busy, changing environment.
