Role Overview

The Senior Executive or Assistant Manager for Talent & Employee Experience will handle comprehensive recruitment and employee management processes spanning locations in India, UAE, and the UK. The role entails strategizing recruitment, managing hiring lifecycle, ensuring positive experiences for candidates and employees, and overseeing key employee milestones such as onboarding, performance management, career development, retention, and exits.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess staffing requirements and design recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and evaluate candidate credentials.
  • Drive employer branding and talent attraction efforts, including managing presence on platforms such as Glassdoor and Ambition Box.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously refine hiring procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate all stages of the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit.
  • Organize onboarding processes to seamlessly integrate new employees into the organization.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
  • Contribute to HR automation projects within the company.
  • Administer offboarding activities and conduct thorough exit interviews.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Postgraduate qualification such as PGDM or MBA with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • At least 2.5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition and managing employee lifecycle activities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience working within a startup environment is highly valued.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications; Excel skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Zoho HRMS is a plus.
