Primary Responsibilities
- Handle comprehensive recruitment processes for both corporate and site-level roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and devise recruitment strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing avenues such as job portals, social media platforms, employee recommendations, recruitment consultants, and additional channels to recruit candidates.
- Evaluate resumes meticulously to determine candidate qualifications.
- Arrange and manage interviews in coordination with hiring authorities and provide prompt feedback.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates across all recruitment stages.
- Lead salary negotiations, create offer proposals, and manage the offer acceptance process.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding by working with internal teams and newly hired employees.
- Update and manage candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
- Generate detailed recruitment MIS reports, hiring dashboards, and analytics for management insights.
- Track and analyze recruitment performance indicators including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines to anticipate present and future hiring demands.
- Liaise with recruitment consultants and external agencies as necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with recruitment policies, procedural standards, and documentation norms.
- Undertake other recruitment or HR-related duties as assigned by senior management.
