The brand began in Mumbai and has since expanded to Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Goa, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, and Rajasthan, with additional cities expected in the future.
Role Overview
The Senior Executive - Social Media will be responsible for planning, publishing, and improving content across social channels for the Mumbai Foodie pages. The role combines content planning, community engagement, performance analysis, and collaboration outreach to grow visibility and audience connection.
What You Will Do
- Plan and maintain the content calendar for all Mumbai Foodie pages.
- Publish posts as scheduled to keep content delivery consistent and on time.
- Review social media performance through analytics tools and reports.
- Use performance data to improve posting approach and drive stronger engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Build and execute content plans that support the brand’s main content series.
- Produce engaging, high-quality content aligned with the tone and format of each platform.
- Keep pages well maintained by updating stories, replying to messages and comments, refreshing bios, and managing story highlights.
- Interact with the audience promptly and professionally to strengthen community relationships.
- Shape a focused strategy for Instagram and Facebook stories.
- Design interactive story content that improves brand awareness and audience participation.
- Run and oversee broadcast channels with consistent communication to followers.
- Create content tailored for broadcast channels so the audience stays informed and engaged.
- Develop and share content on LinkedIn to support the professional brand and thought leadership presence.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with creators and influencers to broaden reach and impact.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with prior experience in social media management or a similar function, along with a demonstrated ability to grow online presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with social metrics, analytics tools, and engagement-focused content strategies. Strong communication, interpersonal ability, creativity, problem-solving, and awareness of SEO, content marketing, and emerging platform trends are important for success in this role.
