Position Overview
This role is offered by EWF Careers, located in Andheri East, Mumbai. The position is for a Senior Executive focusing on International Coordination of fabric and garment shipments.
Eligibility and Experience
Candidates should hold a graduation degree in any discipline and possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in export-import coordination or international customer service, specifically within the textile, fabric, or garment sectors.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of export/import documentation and Incoterms.
- Hands-on experience managing sea and air freight logistics.
- Effective communication skills in English, including professional email correspondence.
- Coordination with overseas clients, buying houses, Customs House Agents (CHAs), and freight forwarders.
- Monitoring shipment progress and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely updates and successful delivery.
