About the Role
Join a dynamic team of officers dedicated to understanding and proactively engaging customers and stakeholders for the IPOS Group. The Enterprise & Ecosystem Department (E&E) facilitates this through various platforms, programs, and activities tailored for the innovation community.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the service delivery team responsible for planning, promoting, and executing high-quality service delivery to enhance customer experience at IPOS Group.
- Evaluate existing customer service processes to ensure they align with evolving needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, leverage technology for effective resolutions, and implement initiatives aimed at improving service experience and overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage enterprise assistance programs designed to support businesses.
- Assist in engagement efforts with key business stakeholders, including the execution of marketing programs focused on helping enterprises identify, protect, and utilize intangible assets for growth.
- Provide support for ad-hoc departmental and cross-departmental initiatives or projects as required.

We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
- Possess 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing programs, ideally within the innovation or intellectual property sectors, though not strictly required.
- Demonstrate a strong service orientation and proficiency in interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Possess strong communication and active listening skills.
- Display a structured and analytical mindset with robust problem identification and resolution abilities.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Show a keen interest in leveraging technologies to enhance business operational efficiency and user experience.
