Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the creation, rollout, and periodic review of policies tied to National Service recognition. The role sits within an engagement and recognition function and involves policy work, stakeholder coordination, and case evaluation.
Key Work Areas
- Draft and prepare submissions for recognition-related schemes.
- Review and evaluate appeals submitted for NS recognition.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders on engagement initiatives linked to recognition efforts.
Challenges in the Role
- Maintain a solid grasp of NS recognition policy details and communicate them clearly to stakeholders during engagement sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Ability to handle data creation and generation as part of the role.
- Strong written communication skills to assess cases and formulate recommendations on appeals.
