Job description
Role overview
This is a high-impact support position embedded in a fast-paced Go-to-Market organization. You will serve as a dependable operational partner to senior leaders across revenue, marketing, and legal, helping them stay focused on growth, execution, and strategic priorities. The work combines executive assistance with GTM operations support across several time zones and shifting priorities. The setting is collaborative, dynamic, and cross-functional, and it calls for strong judgment, independence, and discretion.
The role also includes helping improve visibility into GTM tools, systems, and data so leadership can make better decisions. It is well suited to someone who enjoys being the organizing force behind executive teams and can bring order to a complex, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run complex calendars for multiple senior executives across different time zones, resolving overlaps and prioritizing meetings effectively.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, making proactive changes when plans shift.
- Prepare executives for meetings, board decks, quarterly business reviews, customer conversations, and GTM events.
- Manage event and meeting logistics for sales kickoffs, offsites, executive briefings, and marketing programs.
- Keep GTM systems and tools organized, including Salesforce, Gong, and ClientSuccess, to improve visibility into pipeline and performance.
- Track expenses, monitor budgets, and handle administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Coordinate communication and logistics across sales, marketing, and legal teams.
- Look for ways to improve workflows and introduce AI tools into everyday operations to increase efficiency.
- Support project work during busy periods and company-wide strategic initiatives.
- Act as a reliable right-hand partner so executives are informed, prepared, and unblocked.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at VP level or above, in sales, marketing, or GTM environments.
- Proven ability to manage demanding calendars and travel across multiple time zones.
- Background in high-growth technology, SaaS, or startup settings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent leadership professionally.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, plus the confidence to work independently in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with GTM tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Gong.
- Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve workflows and automate tasks.
- Ability to anticipate needs, spot risks early, and solve problems before they escalate.
- Nice-to-have experience with Notion, DocuSign, vendor coordination, or GTM event support.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and operate as a true executive partner.
Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation of about $95,000 to $112,000, based on experience.
- Equity participation tied to the company’s long-term growth.
- Flexible time off, including paid sick leave, compassion leave, and voting leave.
- Paid parental leave.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with the company paying most premiums and part of dependent coverage.
- Fully company-paid life insurance and disability coverage.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Remote-friendly setup for candidates located in the United States.
- Close exposure to senior leadership in a high-growth GTM organization.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and operational workflows.
