Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance revenue cycle efficiency, quality, and financial outcomes.
- Lead governance activities such as denials management sessions and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with hospital executives, operational teams, and external vendors to identify and execute revenue cycle improvements.
- Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement by promoting best practices across teams and workflows.
- Drive measurable results via process optimization and change management efforts.
- Champion transformation initiatives by effectively communicating and reinforcing changes.
- Identify process shortcomings and deploy solutions to boost customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on revenue cycle issues.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates and strategic recommendations.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; equivalent education and relevant experience combinations accepted.
- At least five years in change management, project leadership, people management, or related strategic roles.
- Proficiency with healthcare revenue cycle management systems and technologies.
- Solid understanding of healthcare billing, reimbursement methods, and revenue cycle operations preferred.
- Proven track record leading organizational transformations and generating measurable improvements.
- Strong capabilities in project management and process enhancement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation proficiency, particularly with executive audiences.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
