The organization is expanding and is ready to establish its first dedicated Executive Assistant role to develop the executive support function from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the President’s intricate calendar, email communications, and scheduling priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel plans, public speaking engagements, and prepare executive materials.
  • Monitor and track strategic commitments, initiatives, deadlines, and follow-ups across multiple business units.
  • Act as the hub for coordination among executive relationships, vendors, leadership teams, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain project management tools, executive dashboards, workflows, and organizational processes.
  • Create documentation for processes, standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge bases to ensure operational consistency.
  • Convert executive ideas into actionable projects, presentations, and strategic outputs.
  • Support deployment of new systems, including automation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Handle personal support duties such as scheduling, travel, appointments, vendor management, and household logistics.
  • Assist in managing family office communications, investment activities, banking, reporting, and advisor interactions.
  • Facilitate participation in civic, advisory, and networking organizations.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and follow-ups on all financial and relationship-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum five years of experience supporting senior executives such as CEOs, founders, or presidents in roles comparable to Executive Assistant.
  • Skilled in managing complex executive calendars and communications along with strategic priorities.
  • Strong expertise in project management, workflow coordination, and organizational systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 productivity tools.
  • Experience with project management software including platforms like Monday.com or Jira.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, automation tools, and AI-enhanced productivity applications.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

Logistics and Additional Details

  • Work Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (in-person attendance required)
  • Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with flexibility as necessary.
  • Expected Start Date: August 15, 2026.
