Key responsibilities
- Evaluate grant submissions against the prescribed rules and assessment standards while maintaining strong service quality.
- Handle enquiries from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner, especially questions related to grant criteria and application steps.
- Keep records complete and accurate, and ensure all supporting documents comply with required standards.
- Manage challenging cases and escalations effectively, and seek support when necessary.
- Support digitalisation efforts that improve operational efficiency and streamline grant processing.
- Take part in user acceptance testing for new systems and share feedback so the solution works well for daily operations.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience is preferred.
- Prior exposure to grant administration or operational work will be advantageous.
- Experience with process transformation and system-building initiatives will be a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are needed.
- Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively is important.
- You should be detail-oriented, proactive, willing to learn, and committed to producing high-quality work with professionalism and integrity.
