Job description
Job Overview
This role requires a sound grasp of accounts receivable procedures, focusing on resolving queries promptly and efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive month-end reporting and familiar with closing activities related to accounts receivable. Additionally, maintaining AR ledger accounting and control forms a crucial part of the responsibilities.
Key Performance Metrics
- Meet and maintain process performance aligned with defined KPIs
- Adhere strictly to attendance and scheduling requirements
- Achieve team objectives and fulfill assigned targets
Collaboration and Reporting
- Internal coordination with Assistant Manager or Lead Assistant Manager for performance reporting, handling escalations, clarifying issues, and monthly evaluations
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts for resolving process-related queries and escalated transactions
- Maintain communication with client operations, trainers, and SMEs to update training materials, provide feedback, and discuss action plans
- Interact with client escalation teams to clarify and respond to queries
Experience & Qualifications
- Commerce graduate with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP is preferred
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable
- Excellent communication abilities
- Commitment to meeting process SLAs and control standards
- Robust accounting knowledge paired with analytical skills and numerical accuracy
