About the Role
A United States-based partner company seeks a Senior Event Producer to lead and execute impactful brand experiences. This creative, hands-on role involves managing large-scale events such as trade shows, sampling programs, and experiential campaigns that connect audiences to brand stories. The role demands strategic, operational, and creative skillsets to deliver memorable events across multiple platforms while managing logistics, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct comprehensive event production strategies that align with the creative vision, brand goals, and business objectives.
- Oversee planning, logistics, construction, execution, and breakdown of varied events including trade shows, pop-ups, sampling efforts, and mobile tours.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and success metrics to guarantee smooth project delivery.
- Manage sizeable event budgets, negotiate with vendors, maintain relationships, and monitor inventory accuracy.
- Act as primary liaison among agencies, exhibitors, production partners, and internal teams throughout projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to pinpoint innovative opportunities that enhance brand experience offerings.
- Ensure high standards of aesthetics, functionality, and quality during event setup and live operations.
- Lead sourcing, hiring, and training of temporary staff such as brand ambassadors and onsite personnel.
- Coordinate logistics and provide on-ground support while resolving operational challenges proactively.
- Assess project outcomes, collect insights, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication and alignment among multiple stakeholders to guarantee successful event execution.
Requirements
- Over five years' experience in event production, trade shows, experiential marketing, or equivalent event execution roles.
- Deep practical understanding of event logistics, physical setup, vendor management, and onsite production processes.
- Proven capability to oversee complex projects from planning through execution, managing competing priorities effectively.
- Skilled in budget management, supplier negotiations, and monitoring production timelines.
- Experience developing partnerships with cultural collaborators, vendors, and creatives to deliver unique brand experiences.
- Strong familiarity with print production elements such as marketing materials, signage, merchandise, and assets ordering.
- Background in consumer packaged goods, brand marketing, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience with tools like Monday.com, Bynder, and Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Self-directed professional who thrives working independently in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 30% of the time, including occasional weekend events.
