Role Overview

This position is focused on expanding Grafana’s business across Asia by prospecting, developing, and closing opportunities within an existing customer base. The role requires a consultative sales style, strong customer discovery skills, and the ability to position the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise effectively. You will also manage forecasts, maintain pipeline discipline, and coordinate closely with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff after the trial and close stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to increase Grafana adoption within assigned customer accounts.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly as well as annual sales targets.
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Develop new business through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Communicate the business value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Prepare quotes, manage order processing, and respond to ongoing customer requests.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience selling infrastructure and/or cloud technology solutions.
  • A strong record of high achievement, ideally placing in the top 10% in competitive sales environments.
  • A persistent, self-driven, and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience working in fast-moving technology companies.
  • Strong communication ability across face-to-face, virtual, and written formats.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
  • Comfort working remotely with distributed global teams.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships in a consultative, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Singapore and have full legal work authorization there.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Exposure to open-source technologies.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC sales methodologies.
  • Technical background or prior experience selling technical products.

Compensation and Rewards

The on-target earnings range for this role in Singapore is SGD 335,000 to SGD 386,000. Final compensation can differ depending on the candidate’s level, experience, and overall fit as determined during the hiring process. The role also includes restricted stock units, giving team members ownership in the company’s long-term success.

Compensation bands are location-specific. If a candidate applies from another country, the recruiter will share the relevant local pay range and benefits at the beginning of the process.
