Core responsibilities

  • Build early awareness of Bloom technologies during the project lifecycle by partnering with consultants, developers, EPC firms, OEM partners, and customers.

  • Assess Bloom and competitor equipment, evaluate system performance, and support hardware comparisons throughout the bidding process.
  • Capture customer feedback and market insights, and contribute to new product introduction efforts.
  • Help customers understand the complete economic value of Bloom solutions while considering energy and power market structures, pricing mechanisms, and policy influences.
  • Create region- and segment-specific materials that support the value proposition and use competitive intelligence to sharpen differentiation.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college is required; a master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience with power generation technologies such as gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery storage, wind, or solar, along with the ability to explain their customer value.
  • Experience in energy-related technologies and solutions, including the ability to judge how pricing, delivery timelines, configuration, and performance choices affect customers, markets, and investors.
  • Hands-on exposure to economic lifecycle modeling and local energy market dynamics.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both within the country and internationally.
