Role Details
- Lead comprehensive ecological projects involving field surveys, data evaluation, and detailed reporting.
- Offer expert guidance on ecological and environmental issues ensuring projects meet all regulatory standards and WSP’s quality benchmarks.
- Provide mentorship and support to less experienced team members to develop their skills.
- Engage collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals to enhance project outcomes.
- Drive business growth by contributing to the expansion of ecology services.
Candidate Profile
- Holds relevant tertiary qualifications with ideally over five years of professional experience in ecology.
- Certified or working towards certification as an Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP).
- Demonstrates strong technical proficiencies, analytical capabilities, and effective project management.
- Proven success in building collaborative relationships across various organizational levels.
- Committed to providing client-focused, practical environmental solutions.
