- Build and implement executive compensation and equity approaches while partnering with senior leaders and supporting Compensation Committee and Board-related work.
- Use internal and external compensation data to generate clear insights and convert them into practical rewards actions.
- Support international growth by creating localized, compliant rewards and people operations models for new markets.
- Guide HR technology improvement efforts, including movement toward AI-enabled, scalable, and automated people operations tools.
- Improve People Operations service delivery by increasing leader self-service, refining workflows, and raising efficiency across the employee journey.
- Oversee global mobility, immigration, and compliance programs for a distributed workforce operating across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing Total Rewards and People Operations team while promoting collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Total Rewards and People Operations in high-growth settings, with exposure to both private equity-backed and public companies.
- Deep knowledge of compensation design, benefits strategy, executive pay, and global rewards structures.
- Strong capability to interpret complex data and turn it into practical recommendations for business decisions.
- Background leading global HR or People Operations functions, ideally across several regions or in rapidly scaling organizations.
- Good understanding of HR technology ecosystems and hands-on experience with digital or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, boards, and cross-functional partners in Finance, Legal, IT, and People teams.
- Experience managing global mobility, compliance, and international workforce programs.
- Strong leadership track record with experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills in fast-moving, changing environments.
