The role of Senior Director, People Business Partner is based in the United States and entails strategic HR leadership partnering closely with executive leaders to develop people strategies that catalyze business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives and organizational expansion.
  • Lead initiatives in organizational design, workforce planning, transformations, and enhancements to operating models.
  • Coach senior leaders on improving leadership capabilities, managing talent, leading change, and advancing team development.
  • Develop and deploy talent programs including succession planning, leadership growth, and skill development.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and people insights to inform strategic organizational decisions and boost performance.
  • Advise on complex employee relations balancing business considerations, employee experience, and legal compliance.
  • Work closely with teams in Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Champion an inclusive culture that prioritizes continuous improvement, accountability, and high achievement.
  • Lead and support a team comprising People Business Partners and HR professionals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including substantial exposure as a strategic partner to executive teams.
  • Proven skills in organizational design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Experience in formulating and executing people strategies within complex and rapidly growing businesses.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
  • Robust business acumen and understanding of how people strategies impact organizational success.
  • Proficiency in people analytics and HR technology platforms such as Workday to support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience with global teams and enterprise-wide transformations is advantageous.
  • Professional HR certifications like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Prosci, or equivalents are beneficial.
