  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle encompassing onboarding, probation, transfers, performance evaluations, resignations, terminations, and exit processes.
  • Guide employee relations activities including disciplinary actions, investigations within the workplace, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Guarantee compliance with corporate policies, HR protocols, and UAE labour regulations, coaching managers for consistent implementation.
  • Facilitate probation period management and performance review cycles, advising on necessary improvements.
  • Conduct exit interviews to discern retention patterns and suggest retention enhancement measures.
  • Contribute to employee engagement projects to nurture a constructive workplace atmosphere.
  • Keep meticulous employee records, HR paperwork, and case documentation.
  • Generate HR-related reports and evaluate workforce data to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring processes, workforce planning, and organizational adjustments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle.
  • In-depth expertise in employee relations, disciplinary processes, workplace inquiries, and conflict management.
