Position Overview
We are seeking a high-level Human Resources strategist to join a prestigious global luxury brand. This senior executive role involves spearheading Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations functions while collaborating closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Human Resources to engage broadly in HR leadership, organizational planning, workforce strategies, compensation oversight, payroll administration, and executive management.

- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies across both corporate and retail sectors.
- Manage employee relations initiatives and address complex workplace issues.
- Lead and develop HR teams specializing in recruiting and retail HR support.
- Work alongside senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and oversee workforce planning efforts.
- Enhance competencies in financial planning, payroll budgeting, and HR operations management.
Required Expertise
- Proven leadership in talent acquisition within luxury or premium retail environments.
