Our client, a global manufacturing business, is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead financial strategy and performance management for corporate and retail sectors.
This role demands a strategic leader to oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, supporting the organization’s critical decision-making processes.
Workplace Policy and Location
The position requires a hybrid work arrangement and candidates must reside locally in Somerset County, New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FP&A team in building and managing financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial results and provide actionable insights to senior management regarding the key drivers of business performance.
- Collaborate across departments to support strategic projects and improve financial outcomes.
- Establish and refine procedures to improve financial reporting and data analysis.
- Apply expertise in wholesale and direct-to-consumer business financials, covering pricing, margin evaluation, and inventory oversight.
- Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years within a leading consulting firm preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities combined with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with financial software and tools.
