The position focuses on building and executing an enterprise infrastructure roadmap that supports secure, resilient, and highly available services. It combines long-range strategy with direct operational ownership, including modernization of older environments and expansion of cloud-oriented architecture. The role also partners closely with executive leaders to align technology investments with business goals and future growth.
The hiring process for this position is handled by a partner company. Applications and subsequent steps are managed by that partner.
Key responsibilities
- Set the worldwide IT infrastructure and operations direction so it supports enterprise priorities and broader transformation objectives.

- Advance cloud migration and modernization efforts across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including optimization and architecture improvements.
- Maintain dependable, secure, and scalable infrastructure services across global environments.
- Direct ITIL-based service management practices such as incident, problem, change, and release management to strengthen reliability and performance.
- Promote automation, DevOps methods, and infrastructure-as-code to improve speed, scale, and operational resilience.
- Work with security and engineering leaders to improve cybersecurity, compliance, and overall risk posture.
- Own disaster recovery and business continuity planning, along with broader enterprise resilience initiatives.
- Advise senior executives on infrastructure investments, priorities, risks, and long-term operating needs.
- Manage vendor strategy, contract oversight, and infrastructure cost-efficiency efforts.
Requirements
- 12 to 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or enterprise technology leadership.
- 7 to 10+ years of experience managing global teams, including managers and senior technical leaders.
- Strong command of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, systems architecture, and ITIL-based operations.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale cloud transformation and modernization programs.
- Confident executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience handling substantial infrastructure budgets, vendor ecosystems, and cost-optimization programs.
- Solid knowledge of security, compliance, disaster recovery, and enterprise risk management.
- Ability to make sound decisions in complex, high-pressure, and rapidly changing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
- ITIL, AWS/Azure, CISSP, or TOGAF certifications are a strong advantage.
Benefits
- Competitive executive-level pay aligned with experience and U.S. market benchmarks.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
- Paid time off and company holidays.
- Flexible remote or hybrid work options depending on role needs.
- Opportunity to lead enterprise-scale transformation work with meaningful business impact.
- Exposure to global teams and executive cross-functional collaboration.
