Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization that handles all applications and hiring steps. The company is seeking a Senior Director, Growth Marketing in Canada for a high-impact leadership position focused on creating expansion and new-business pipeline within the organization’s most important enterprise accounts.

In this role, you will shape and scale an account-based growth marketing engine that brings together marketing, sales, and customer success into one revenue-focused motion. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, and you will partner with senior revenue leaders to uncover opportunities, influence multi-stakeholder buying groups, and help the business win new strategic logos while growing existing customer relationships.

The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and built around testing, learning, and measurable outcomes. You will have the autonomy to create new programs from the ground up and expand the ones that prove effective.

Key responsibilities

  • Take ownership of expansion and new-business pipeline creation across priority strategic accounts, with attention to pipeline quality, deal movement, and commercial results.
  • Develop and operationalize a new account-based growth marketing approach, including strategy design, testing, and turning winning tactics into repeatable processes.
  • Work in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success to surface high-value opportunities and coordinate account-specific growth plans.
  • Convert product positioning, usage insights, and account intelligence into personalized multi-channel campaigns aimed at senior decision-makers.
  • Plan and guide coordinated account programs spanning field marketing, executive events, webinars, customer education, digital activity, and tailored content.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery by influencing and aligning product marketing, field marketing, digital, and operations stakeholders.
  • Help position the platform as a strategic enterprise AI partner for major engineering organizations, including customers such as CoLab.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with strong exposure to enterprise ABM, demand generation, field marketing, or expansion marketing.
  • A demonstrated history of influencing or directly owning pipeline goals in complex enterprise settings with high average deal values.
  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to understand how enterprise opportunities are created, shaped, and closed through multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Direct experience working with senior revenue leaders, as well as Sales and Customer Success teams, in account-centric environments.
  • The ability to turn unclear opportunities into practical account strategies that can be executed across functions.
  • Well-developed leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bring varied teams together around shared growth goals.
  • Comfort operating hands-on while early-stage motions, processes, and team structures are still being built.
  • A mindset centered on experimentation, iteration, and building scalable growth systems from the ground up.

Benefits

  • Executive-level compensation that reflects experience and impact.
  • Full health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible work setup, with remote or hybrid options depending on location.
  • Generous vacation and holiday policies.
  • Support for professional development and ongoing learning.
  • The chance to build and scale a meaningful marketing function from an early stage.
  • Exposure to fast-growing enterprise customers across engineering and industrial industries.

Data privacy and hiring process

Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to evaluate candidates quickly, consistently, and fairly against the role’s core requirements. The system identifies the strongest fits and shares the shortlist directly with the hiring company, whose internal team manages interviews, assessments, and final decisions.

By applying, you consent to the processing of your personal data for candidacy evaluation and sharing of relevant details with the hiring employer, based on legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection at any time.
