Role Overview
The Coca-Cola Company is looking for an experienced marketing leader to take charge of creative strategy for its Water, Tea & Coffee portfolio. This role focuses on shaping brand identity and creative direction across a regional market so the company’s brands connect strongly with consumers in both local and global contexts.
What You Will Lead
- Direct end-to-end creative teams and set clear priorities while building a culture of engagement, growth, and accountability.
- Set the strategic approach for brand identity systems and how they are used across multiple consumer touchpoints.
- Oversee local and regional brand design work while protecting brand consistency and audience relevance.
- Build brand identity frameworks from both consumer and shopper perspectives, helping create compelling brand stories.
- Partner with external agencies to shape design language that feels authentic to the brand.
- Create and maintain brand stewardship guidelines that support consistent messaging across channels.
- Think strategically about how brand identity shows up across the full consumer journey in digital and physical environments.
- Develop strong working relationships with design, production, and experiential partners to improve creativity and efficiency.
- Continuously look for new ways to improve consumer experience and encourage bold, innovative creative thinking.
- Lead and coach Creative Directors to strengthen capability and drive team engagement.
Experience and Education
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The role calls for more than 15 years of experience in design, creative development, brand and consumer strategy, and leading agency creative teams.
Key Qualifications
- Strong background in creative strategy, brand identity development, and design execution.
- Experience working with design agencies and external creative partners.
- Hands-on exposure to digital, social, and shopper-facing creative channels, with attention to channel-appropriate execution.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions and regions.
- Demonstrated success driving change and unifying brand experiences.
- Capability to define the skills and operating model needed to elevate consumer experiences.
- Proven people leader with a record of high team engagement.
- Comfort working on cross-functional initiatives in agile, networked environments.
Work Authorization

Compensation and Incentives
The posted base salary range in the United States is USD 218,800 to USD 247,200 per year. Actual pay may differ based on location, relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. The position also includes access to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on role eligibility.
The annual incentive reference value is 50%, and the long-term incentive reference value is 20%.
Location, Travel, and Relocation
This role is based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Travel is expected at 0% to 25%. Relocation support is provided.
