Responsibilities

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Strong academic foundation coupled with a keen appetite for continuous learning and intellectual curiosity.
• Robust experience in qualitative and quantitative user research with specialized expertise in at least one domain.
• Proficiency in conducting user interviews, usability tests, surveys, experimentation, A/B testing, and interpreting data analytics.
• Interest in technology and open-source ecosystems with the ability to engage technical audiences effectively.
• Experienced in transforming complex data into compelling visual narratives through information design and storytelling techniques.
• Outstanding communication and storytelling capabilities tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
