Role Overview
Innovee Consulting LLC seeks a seasoned Senior Data Analyst based in Austin, TX, to engage in a hybrid working model on a long-term contract. This role involves leading collaborative sessions, gathering detailed business requirements, and documenting analytical processes to support strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehend and analyze business goals and challenges, propose alternative strategies, and conduct cost-benefit studies to determine optimal solutions.
- Evaluate user requirements and procedural workflows to enhance or automate existing computer systems effectively.
- Collaborate with various organizational stakeholders to assess operational methods, pinpoint issues, and define data input formats and reporting structures.
- Develop thorough documentation detailing user needs, program functionalities, and necessary development or modification procedures.
- Assess system capabilities, technical specifications, and timelines to validate feasibility of requested program implementations or changes within the current infrastructure.
Candidate Qualifications
- Over eight years of IT experience focused on designing, developing, and delivering technological solutions.
- Extensive background exceeding eight years supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Profound expertise in business and data analysis combined with leadership in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for requirements elicitation.
- Mastery of SQL for constructing and executing complex queries, joins, and comprehensive data analytics.
- Strong capability to audit data quality, verify integrity, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Experience designing and implementing dashboards, KPIs, and business metrics to enable informed decision-making.
- Preferred experience includes at least four years with the Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS).
