- Create storytelling concepts and audio-visual guides that engage employees, customers, industry partners, community members, and youth.
- Review, organise, evaluate, and catalogue artefacts and records that document the company’s history and milestones.
- Develop the collection in a purposeful way by choosing and linking objects that open up meaningful storytelling opportunities and reflect company developments.
- Use preservation and conservation methods to safeguard physical and digital materials while maintaining authenticity and long-term access.
- Lead archive outreach initiatives such as awareness programmes, educational activities, and engagement projects that encourage participation and partnerships.
- Build and maintain archival policies and procedures based on industry standards and best practices, and ensure strong governance, accountability, and long-term integrity of the archives.
