Role overview

In this position, you will act as the main creative force for the Lenny brand, developing high-quality content that supports customer acquisition, education, and conversion. You will collaborate closely with the Founder, Paid Media Manager, and outside creative partners to deliver campaigns across New Zealand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

  • Produce digital creative for social channels, websites, email campaigns, and paid media.
  • Create graphics, landing pages, presentations, and customer-facing marketing materials.
  • Develop short-form video, photography, and other campaign assets.
  • Write clear, engaging copy for blogs, guides, customer messaging, and marketing communications.
  • Use AI tools to generate ideas, speed up production, and expand creative output.
  • Update and refine existing assets so advertising remains current and effective.
  • Coordinate with specialist agencies on major campaigns while handling most routine creative work internally.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable library of content and creative assets to support future growth.

You will be responsible for day-to-day creative production, while also partnering with external agencies on larger brand initiatives, video production, and specialist projects.

About you

You are a highly creative person who enjoys turning ideas into polished, impactful work. You have strong visual judgment, understand how to make content engaging, and can produce assets that feel professional, on-brand, and commercially effective. You are comfortable moving between design, copywriting, video editing, and multi-channel content creation.

Experience in the following areas would be valuable:

  • Creating high-performing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Working with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
  • Editing video with tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
  • Using AI-driven creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or comparable platforms.
  • Photography, image enhancement, and visual storytelling.
  • Writing copy for websites, advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Creating digital assets for Google, Meta, and other online ad channels.
