Job description
About vivenu
vivenu is a fast-scaling live entertainment technology company and a global leader in event ticketing software. The platform is used by major names such as the Grammys, the Golden Globes, Stanford University, and the Hockenheimring. Rather than treating ticketing as a simple checkout flow, vivenu helps organizers turn it into a strategic business lever by strengthening brand control, unlocking data-led insights, and embedding ticketing into broader digital systems.
With more than $65 million in funding and six offices around the world, the company offers a flexible, intuitive solution backed by strong customer support for even highly complex ticketing needs. The goal is to help organizers create better experiences and achieve stronger business results.
Role overview
As a Senior Content Writer / Copywriter, you will shape high-impact B2B content for the Performing Arts, Sports, and Live Entertainment space. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop thought leadership, LinkedIn articles, keynote scripts, and other strategic communications that reflect the company’s voice with clarity, authority, and originality.
What you will do
- Create in-depth B2B content tailored to audiences in performing arts, sports, and live entertainment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to produce thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn editorials, and keynote materials.
- Capture and consistently apply the distinctive style, tone, and edge associated with the founders across public-facing communication.
- Write persuasive, lead-focused content that speaks to the challenges faced by stakeholders in live events and sports.
- Track shifts in the market and industry, including fan engagement technology and venue management trends, to keep the brand relevant and influential.
What we are looking for
- Strong background in B2B content writing, including proven ghostwriting experience, along with a genuine enthusiasm for writing and storytelling.
- Demonstrated subject-matter knowledge in sports, performing arts, or live entertainment.
- A strategic approach to content, with the ability to contribute ideas that support business goals and positioning.
- Comfort moving between detailed industry reporting and short-form social copy while preserving brand voice.
- Confidence using AI tools to improve speed and scale without sacrificing creativity, nuance, or strategic thinking.
- Excellent command of English with strong writing style, rhythm, and persuasive expression.
- Fluency in German and English; French and/or Spanish is considered an advantage.
