Job Description

We seek a seasoned SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) Consultant with 6-8 years of SAP Ariba experience. The role demands expertise in full lifecycle implementations and support for SAP Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Catalog Management, Guided Buying, CIG, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Guided Buying, and Catalog Management implementations including custom mappings and support.
• Manage automation of supplier transactions via SAP Ariba Business Network.
• Design, implement, and maintain effective integrations between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Engage in business requirement collection, fit-gap analysis, and solution architecture discussions.
• Develop functional specs, technical designs, test scripts, and deployment documents.
• Oversee integration testing, user acceptance testing, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business users, SAP teams, and partners.
• Ensure timely, scoped, and quality project deliverables and manage stakeholder communications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementations and integrations with at least two end-to-end project deliveries.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, Catalogs (including Punchout), Guided Buying, Non-Catalog Procurement, Spot Buy, and Tactical Sourcing.
• Strong expertise in SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and custom mapping techniques.
• Deep knowledge of integration setups between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
• Solid understanding of procurement business processes (P2P).
• Experience in designing both functional and technical solutions and master data management.
• Skilled in procurement analytics and reporting.

• Relevant SAP Ariba certifications are advantageous.
• Exposure to Ariba APIs is a plus.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree is beneficial.
