Role summary

This position is for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist with at least 6 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Hyderabad, with support expected for multiple India locations such as Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi.

What you will do

• Support a UK client from an offshore SuccessFactors team and deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines for BAU work and project assignments.
• Work with the client to collect requirements and translate them into SAP best-practice solutions through analysis, design and implementation.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports for the client in a timely manner.
• Handle ticket escalations by performing root-cause analysis, proposing fixes or workarounds, and communicating clearly with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance compliance for BAU incidents, service requests, and change or enhancement requests according to client processes.
• Coordinate, plan, demonstrate, and support half-yearly SuccessFactors releases with business partners and the PS Systems team.
• Assist with SuccessFactors landscape growth, including instance refresh activities, in coordination with the Working Environment Group and cross-functional teams such as Finance and Payroll.
• Stay current with new SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, and be open to learning newer capabilities such as Joule and AI.
• Guide and support peers in the offshore team while demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required background

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is mandatory.
• Certification in Recruiting and Onboarding is desirable.
• Hands-on experience managing SuccessFactors landscapes, including delta release analysis, configuration review, system refreshes and post-refresh tasks.
• Prior experience working as a senior member of an offshore dedicated team supporting a service managed in another country, such as the UK.
• Exposure to other SuccessFactors modules, such as Performance Management, is valuable.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM, S/4HANA and CPI integrations is required.
• Understanding of ITIL processes is preferred.
